Dyspensa

A restaurant for those with a serious passion for excellent food, who appreciate the memories of their home cuisine and the tasting of delicacies from around the world. Time spent in Dyspensa is supposed to be that of real dispensation and pleasure in feasting.
In the permanent menu and in the menu of the day one can find: Italian Aglio Oglio with homemade pasta, famous dumplings (pierogi): Russian, with veal and with cherries, rabbit in cream and white wine, the best steaks or roast beef, lamb and veal shanks, parches, turbots, fresh trout, gilt-head brem, home-made venison pate and a crispy duck in cranberries. The best wine is selected for each of the dishes from France, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, South America, North America or Australia.
