In the permanent menu and in the menu of the day one can find: Italian Aglio Oglio with homemade pasta, famous dumplings (pierogi): Russian, with veal and with cherries, rabbit in cream and white wine, the best steaks or roast beef, lamb and veal shanks, parches, turbots, fresh trout, gilt-head brem, home-made venison pate and a crispy duck in cranberries. The best wine is selected for each of the dishes from France, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, South America, North America or Australia.
